Role : Senior Cognos TM1 Administrator/ Consultant

Location: Remote working in United States (for now) with some travel

Job Type: Contract to hire (6 months)

As a consultant, you will be performing leading edge digital transformation projects for our clients, responsible for performing a wide range of roles in a timely and professional manner. About the Role

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field and 8+ years’ related experience in analytics development
  • 5+ years Cognos development and architecture experience working with building Cognos TM1 systems including forecasting models, data models, financial dashboards and reports
  • Experience supporting TM1 system including issue resolution, new user addition and new feature development
  • Experience working with RDBMS such as SQL server or Oracle
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies
  • Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity
  • Excellent presenter, influencer

Responsibilities

  • Support the existing TM1 environment to ensure it is up and running per the established SLA’s
  • Understand current issue and new development needed and prepare and execute a system improvement and development plan as needed
  • Meet with the business and technical teams to understand questions and concerns and plan out appropriate actions as needed.
  • Meet with client as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results.
  • Take accountability to complete work on time and raise blockers and issues to ensure timelines are met.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed with a high satisfaction and build client and Trianz peer relationships to build trust and confidence.
  • Lead small team of consultants or client individuals to drive project work as required
